An Afternoon of Community and Wellbeing
Following the incredible success of our Dawn Walk in May, which saw over 250 people come together at sunrise to support mental health, BEAM is excited to invite you to our next community event – BEAM in the PARK.
Join us on Sunday 17 August, 2pm to 4pm in the beautiful surroundings of Riverside Park, Ballymoney for an afternoon dedicated to community, connection, and wellbeing.
This free event is a relaxed and welcoming gathering, designed to support emotional health and encourage connection with others. There’s no need to register – just bring along your own picnic and enjoy the afternoon with us. Whether you came along to the Dawn Walk or are joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome.
We’ll have fun activities, music, and games for all ages. Plus, there will be information available about looking after your mental wellbeing and how to access support if you or someone you know needs it.
At BEAM (Building Empowerment & Awareness to Mind), we believe that small acts of connection can have a big impact on our mental health. This event is all about taking time to pause, enjoy nature, and build supportive relationships in a safe, uplifting space.
So gather your picnic blanket, pack your sandwiches, and come along to BEAM in the Park – we’d love to see you there!
